I ordered two very expensive lights. Unfortunately on opening one up we cracked a small piece of glass. I rang Arrow a few times and was eventually told that a replacement part was not available and I would have to buy a whole light again. No one rung me back to tell me this despite saying someone would. This was untrue as I tracked down the manufacturer who said of course they do spares and promptly sent me one by return (for free too as such a small part). Poor show Arrow!

Usually any online sales are dealt with by the relevant department and i can assure you that no know from that department ever got the message to call you back. Not sure what the products will be like, but the company has certainly got plenty to improve on communication level, in particular get back to their customers and replying to e-mails.

Arrow Electrical have been very good vendors. The products are top quality and the delivery dependable. We hit a problem though with ordering from the website. We were referring to the photographs of the product when ordering which did not match the description of the product. Therefore we ordered up to £40 worth of product (2 items) we did not want. I was told I can have a refund on one item after a telephone conversation and a gentle debate on the telephone. The only problem is I don't want to pay to return the incorrect item. I have ordered 3 new items that should be delivered soon, but doubt that UPS will automatically pick up the item I want to return. Thank you for the opportunity to explain this problem.
