I am a little puzzled to read this review as you emailed us on 16th August @ 19.05pm saying the order had not been delivered & we replied at 19.43pm with the tracking link showing the signature & the name of the person who took the delivery in & signed for it at 12.04pm on Weds 16th August & we did not hear back from you.
Whilst i apprceiate your frustration i must refute the suggetsion that this is pure theft. We respomded to your email 38 minutes after you contacted us, we provided the above proof of delivery and we have not heard from you since.
WE will contact you agin re the matter, howeber the content of your review makes no mention of the above timlimes & the documented events i mention. The parcel was delivered to your property

Unfortunately as you have not contacted us directly re this we had no idea that you had not yet received your order.
Your order was sent out using the International tracked service the same day you placed your order ie Weds 23rd August; we provided you with the tracking link on the same day via email at 8-13am UK time.
Unfortunately as i write this 11.45pm UK time Sat 24/9/23 the tracking site is down; as soon as it is back up & running i will check the tracking & get back to you directly via email
