Im a little puzzled at your review as you have not made contact with us, the first we knew that you had not recieved your parcel was when I read it just now. The courier tracking shows that your parcel was delievered on 2nd January, you placed your order on Friday 30th December after 5pm & you should have recieved several emails from the courier saying they had the parcel and again on delivery day saying it was out for delivery.
The quickest and best way for customers to progress any delivery issues is to contact us directly by replying to the order confirmation email, we reply to ALL emails and have a great track record of rectifying any delvery issues .

I think its only fair that i repsond with a balanced update and provide a little more detail than your brief review
You placed your order on Monday 26th December Boxing Day & Tuesday 27th was a bank holiday also with no mail or courier collections meaning Wednesday 28th January was the first avaialble collection date for your order which is when we sent it out.
On Friday 30th January you emailed us saying " I WANT MY MONEY BACK I PLACED MY ORDER MONDAY MORNING AND STILL HASNT ARRIVED " not taking into account that the first 2 days of the week where bank holidays.
There had been numerous Royal Mail strike days in December that saw huge backlogs both with Royal Mail, that then saw millions of parcels sent via courier companies as was featured on the news almost daily reporting on delays . We used a premium service from a courier company and yes they like others had become a little bogged down with the pure volume of parcels they were handling. we did not delay sending any orders out. W/C 26th December saw most delivery carriers still working through huge backlogs of parcels in some areas of the UK
It was an aboslute joy to receive your rude & confontational emails acusing us of being "dodgy" and " are you even sure you sent the parcel " despite the courier tracking clearly showing we dropped it off at the parcel shop at 11-09am on Weds 28/12 - we packed your order on Boxing day.
We refunded your order on Sat 31st December. I can see that the parcel has since been delivered you have not contacted us to tell us this, however as they say every cloud.
As for your comments about nationality & someones name, well what can I say about this in the year 2022 !! The world evolves

We always dispatch customer orders very quickly usually the same day and all delivery companies are back to normal now and delvering super quick tihs week.
Thanks to our customers for all the great comments and support they continue to show us. December is always a challenging month in relation to delivery timelines and 2022 was the most challenging December the majority of online companies have ever expericend due to the logistics issues in the UK home delivery sector, even the big boys like M&S were affected & had banners on their website advising of tranportation delays. Any delivery delays were not down to us, we bust a gut to get orders sent out the same day they were placed. Additionally we spent hours and hours often in the early hours of the morning supporting custmers with delivery timeline enquiries.
We are a small compnay please be nice to us we will alawys be nice to you !!

Thanks for your review which we have alreay dealt with for you via email.
As with all orders we send out the same day, we sent your order on Weds 20th December, we used an alternative premium courier service due to the Royal mail delays and as per the tracking link we sent you unfortunately they appear to hve lost the order. This is very dissapointing when the tracking shows quite cleraly we sent your order out without delay
