We emailed your the International Tracking Number 2023-01-30 at 14:02 a few hours after you placed yor order, perhaps it is in your spam/ junk folder maybe ? We will email it to you again now.
The tracking shows we dispatched your order the same day you placed it ie 30th January - we do not delay in sending orders out we turn them around very quickly.
We will contact you directly providing the tracking number again
Customers are reminded the quickest way to progress any enquiries is to contact us directly; that is not to say you cant leave a review, of course you can thats why we pay to subscribe to this site, however reviews are not always automatically emaailed to us and i can see this review was placed several days ago, whereas if a customer emails us we reply witinn a couple of hours if not sooner.

The tracking detail we sent you shows that the order has stopped tracking, so dissapointing for us both when you placed your order at 9pm & your order was sent out at 10am the next day as the tracking shows .
WE have contacted you directly and as the tracking clearly shows your order has stopped tracking and therefore we consider it lost , therefore we will resend the order in the morning

“Aromas fantastic. But the delivery company terrible. Took near on 7 days to arrive by Yodel. Perhaps consider using UPS. who's delivery service is superior. Pay slightly more but most products are delivered the day after ordering”
Thanks for taking time to leave a review & apologies the delivery was not as timely as you/we would have liked .
You placed your order around 4-30pm on Tuesday 24/1 , your order was packed that evening & dropped at the couriers parcel shop at approx 10am on the morning of Weds 25/1 as the tracking link supplied clearly shows ( we ALWAYS turn around orders very quickly ). Unfortunately on reviewing the couriers tracking this evening 7/2/23, the parcels we droppoed off on Weds 25/1 were not collected on that day and were collected on Thursday 26/1 & its this that is the case of the delay- i cant determine now ie 2 weeks after the event, if the courier collected early on that day & we missed the courier or if they didnt collect on that day. This is quite unusaul & is particularly dissapointing given we send orders out so speedily.
Apologies again, we will look to run a trial with UPS & see if their service is quicker or more consistent, however in truth, if UPS fail to collect on any given day then i would expect that they would also experience a similar delay in the delivery timeline.
Apologies again the delivery was a little later than expected
