“Have found the service reliable and most importantly the flowers are always fabulous on arrival. They are always just as they look in the pictures. Living in Australia it's great to know my family and friends back in the UK can receive a gift they really enjoy.”

“I live abroad and always send my mum flowers for her birthday, Christmas, Mother's Day and sometimes…just because… When I called her on Mother's Day she excitedly told me the flowers I send are always lovely however the roses I sent through Arena Flowers this Mother's Day were absolutely the most beautiful she had received. Thanks for helping bring me a little closer to my mum.”

“Flowers arrived looking a bit old and dry with some missing petals. I bought the flowers using a 25% off code that I got sent for joining Mothercare's baby club which runs until the end of 2014. I booked a month before Mother's Day and got a free delivery slot two days before, so not bad for the money but don't think I will be Arena Flowers using again. Website easy to use though.”

“I ordered mother's day flowers for my mum and she said they were absolutely beautiful. I've ordered from Arena lots of times now and wouldn't go anywhere else, partly because of their ethics but also because every time I use them the recipient is so thrilled.”

“Flowers were great and appreciated. My only negative is not delivered until 8pm and when i emailed customer care to find out whether they were being delivered I never received a reply. But otherwise all good.”

“I did not see the flowers as I sent them to my Mum in England and I live in Australia, but she was delighted with them. Thank You. I have since spoken with my sister and the flowers were very poor, Mum is almost blind and was so pleased to receive the flowers she did not want to upset me by saying they were not good, even with her poor eyesight she could see they were old and bedraggled. I used your website extensively a while ago and the standard dropped so much that I tried someone else,I decided to go back to you as I expected spring flowers to be good. I will think long and hard before using you again.”

“I ordered some flowers for my Mother to arrive on Monday 31st March. On speaking to my Mother last night, I discovered that the flowers had been delivered to the wrong address. My Mother’s address is 3 Somerville Road, the flowers were delivered to 3 Broken Furlong which is the neighbouring street. I specifically said when I placed the order that if nobody was at home, to leave the flowers at 5 Somerville Road. The flowers were just left on the doorstep of 3 Broken Furlong until the householder arrived back from work in the evening from work. Fortunately the householder was honest and delivered the flowers to my Mother. My Mother called you, took her numerous attempts to speak to somebody and then was told that the sender of the flowers should lodge the complaint, not the recipient. Well, I am the sender and I am lodging the complaint. I live in Australia and frequently order flowers to be delivered to friends and family in the UK. I’ve used Interflora in the past but the quality of the flowers is poor so I thought I would try another company. By the way, the flowers were beautiful but probably unlikely I will deal with you again.”

“Mum was absolutely delighted with her Mother's Day flowers. We ordered through Arena as she had told us how happy she was with the flowers sent through Area for Christmas. We are delighted to have finally found a company in the UK who we can rely on to deliver beautiful fresh posies on time and at a reasonable cost. We used to organise from a florist in Australia, but this on-line service, with the advantage of Paypal is much preferred. Thank you from a very happy customer.”

“I have ordered several times for girlfriend and mum. Arena have always provided the highest level of service. Every time, the flowers are at least as good as the photos and last for a long time! Not as expensive as some "leading" florists (Int...you know) and much more reliable. The happiness of my recipients = the happiness of me - and I can definitely say I am perfectly happy - thanks Arena!!! :)”
