“Ordering was fine they used Yodell as the courier which was okay but as its a normal courier it can come anytime upto 6pm in the evening, most other e-florists use local partners who deliver on the morning, which helps. The courier just knocks on the door and leaves on the door step. The flowers themselves were okay also, not exactly what it looks like when ordering from their website, much smaller. They were really well packaged.”

“The flowers I order from Arena are always fresh and delivered on time. I've had a smooth service with the last half a dozen or so orders (even when I've needed to change to the order or date) and the recipients have always been pleased. Highly recommended.”

“We have been using this website for a number of years and will never switch! Customer care is excellent as are communication channels. Flowers are always in very good condition and we have been surprised with free upgrades every so often. Cannot recommend Arena highly enough!”

“Sent for 50 aniversary. Well packaged. Lasted very well. Only other comment. Balloon ordered was 50th Anniversary but 50th birthday delivered. My sister said it was lovely”

“The website is not as easy as it could be and sometimes when you want to order flowers on certain dates It comes up with it cant do it even if the dates are showing available. Overall there is quite a lot of choice it would be nice if there were more different varieties of champagne as but in total the quality of the flowers always seem to be very good”

“Flowers arrived on time and in good condition apart from 2 of the roses had broken off the stem. The box was a bit battered but I'm sure this is a courier issue rather than with Arena themselves. I would use again but if I had any more damaged flowers I would dump them.”

“paid over £30 for a bunch of flowers and a vase for my wife for mothers day.The bunch i chose were different to the ones i was sent.I also paid for a glass vase which did not come with the flowers.The box was just left on the doorstep, no knock or phone call as was mentioned in the order.The flowers were already sad looking on the day of arrival,5 days later they are all dead.I have bought better flowers from our local supermarket that have lasted so much longer for heaps less money.Disgusted is an understatement!”
