“I spent ages scouring different sites before I decided on ArenaFlowers. As these flowers were for my Mum they had to be perfect. I made the right decision. I have not seen the flowers, but my Mum was delighted. She phoned after delivery to tell me how thrilled she was and raved about the beautiful flowers she had received. As she had no prior knowledge that these were going to be delivered, it was a wonderful surprise. Seven days on, and Mum has informed me that the lilies are only now in full bloom and the rest of the flowers look as good as the day they were delivered. If Mum is happy, I am too! Thank-you ArenaFlowers, you made Mum's day! Lynda S”

“Flowers were lovely and fresh and looked like the picture. Delivery was on time. The only reason not 5 stars is because I requested to update the order with Delivery instructions as the flowers were for a sick friend. I was told I couldn't amend the order due to the Mother's day rush, despite the fact it was 10 days before Mother's day! I could understand if it was the weekend of Mother's day but 10 days before hand I don't think is reasonable to stop normal service for all other orders.”

“Ordering was fine they used Yodell as the courier which was okay but as its a normal courier it can come anytime upto 6pm in the evening, most other e-florists use local partners who deliver on the morning, which helps. The courier just knocks on the door and leaves on the door step. The flowers themselves were okay also, not exactly what it looks like when ordering from their website, much smaller. They were really well packaged.”

“The flowers I order from Arena are always fresh and delivered on time. I've had a smooth service with the last half a dozen or so orders (even when I've needed to change to the order or date) and the recipients have always been pleased. Highly recommended.”

“We have been using this website for a number of years and will never switch! Customer care is excellent as are communication channels. Flowers are always in very good condition and we have been surprised with free upgrades every so often. Cannot recommend Arena highly enough!”

“Sent for 50 aniversary. Well packaged. Lasted very well. Only other comment. Balloon ordered was 50th Anniversary but 50th birthday delivered. My sister said it was lovely”

“The website is not as easy as it could be and sometimes when you want to order flowers on certain dates It comes up with it cant do it even if the dates are showing available. Overall there is quite a lot of choice it would be nice if there were more different varieties of champagne as but in total the quality of the flowers always seem to be very good”

“Flowers arrived on time and in good condition apart from 2 of the roses had broken off the stem. The box was a bit battered but I'm sure this is a courier issue rather than with Arena themselves. I would use again but if I had any more damaged flowers I would dump them.”
