“I am a regular customer with Arena Flowers. Every time the service has been first class. Easy to use Internet site, flowers always delivered on time. Flowers always well packaged. Flowers always gorgeous. I discovered Arena through nhs discounts, and always get a discount. I would highly recommend this company. The communication is brilliant. “I recently ordered Mothers Day flowers for delivery in the UK (we live in Australia). The website was great, offering lots of choices with beautiful images making choosing easy. The ordering process was simple and the follow up emails confirming the order and advising of delivery were very reassuring. My mother in law was delighted with both the flowers and the chocolates. “I ordered these flowers online because I am in Thailand and I wanted to surprise my mum for mothers day. She has sent me pictures of the flowers and chocolates I sent her, and the words on the card were exactly what I waned and actually made her cry! Really happy that I could show my mum I was thinking of her even though we are thousands of miles away from each other. I will definitely use arena again :)”

“I regularly use Arena for deliveries in the UK. They can be relied upon to provide high quality flowers that last a long time. I've sent flowers to my Mum a couple of times - not spending more than £30 - and she usually gets such a large bunch she splits it into two. Reliable deliveries too. Very happy to recommend. “I spent ages scouring different sites before I decided on ArenaFlowers. As these flowers were for my Mum they had to be perfect. I made the right decision. I have not seen the flowers, but my Mum was delighted. She phoned after delivery to tell me how thrilled she was and raved about the beautiful flowers she had received. As she had no prior knowledge that these were going to be delivered, it was a wonderful surprise. Seven days on, and Mum has informed me that the lilies are only now in full bloom and the rest of the flowers look as good as the day they were delivered. If Mum is happy, I am too! Thank-you ArenaFlowers, you made Mum's day! Lynda S”

“Flowers were lovely and fresh and looked like the picture. Delivery was on time. The only reason not 5 stars is because I requested to update the order with Delivery instructions as the flowers were for a sick friend. I was told I couldn't amend the order due to the Mother's day rush, despite the fact it was 10 days before Mother's day! I could understand if it was the weekend of Mother's day but 10 days before hand I don't think is reasonable to stop normal service for all other orders.”
