Flowers were lovely and fresh and looked like the picture. Delivery was on time. The only reason not 5 stars is because I requested to update the order with Delivery instructions as the flowers were for a sick friend. I was told I couldn't amend the order due to the Mother's day rush, despite the fact it was 10 days before Mother's day! I could understand if it was the weekend of Mother's day but 10 days before hand I don't think is reasonable to stop normal service for all other orders.
