“This company has been brillant and Alex in particular, from the start. We originally placed an order with a different company which was more local to us but went into liquidation ! (Lifestyle Gates). They took over using our drawings and manufactured our gates in a few weeks as well as providing very high quality equipment, like brushless motors for the gates. So extremely happy, highly recommended.”

“Alex is very helpful and knowledgeable. My gates were installed in 2006 by a firm that have refocused onto other work. I needed help to source replacement parts. Alex helped me identify and then supply the necessary components. At all times I felt like a valued customer, and I experienced brilliant customer service. I strongly recommend Alex and Arden Gates.”

“One of our 5 year old Came gate motors had failed, which caused us a huge issue with access. It’s an absolute nightmare when electric gates fail. We ordered a Gate motor from Arden, it was the best price we could find online. We received it quickly. We replaced that day and happily all working perfectly again. Excellent service.”

“I ordered a complete Fadini Combi 740 gate operator from an online retailer in Italy for delivery to Thailand. Unfortunately, due to poor packaging there was some minor shipping damage resulting in a cracked diecast bracket. Although I received a small credit as compensation the supplier showed no interest in sending me what I really needed which was a replacement part. Long story short, Russ at Arden Gates demonstrated what custiomer care is all about, my son received the part to his UK address today. My faith is restored in knowing that there are still people and businesses out there who really care and make the effort to achieve desired results. Well done Arden Gates”
