“This is the worst company we have dealt with. They charged us a Rapid Report fee and when the survey was booked and paid for, they told us Rapid fee only covers quick survey. After more than 3 weeks, we still have not received the report. What a crooked practice that is- Dave”

“The service from the very first communication to recieving the final report was excellent. The trained arborist who visited the site was extremely professional and knowledgeable, helpfully giving tips around the best way to look after the trees onsite and what problems to look out for. We will definitely be using Arbtech again when our next survey is due.”

“I dealt with Anna and Jamie-Lee. Both ladies were excellent and went above and beyond in my opinion. I am totally new to all of this and needed some handholding, they never made me feel a nuisance, quite the opposite in fact. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, but professional. I cannot praise them enough.”

“Very efficient, precise and professional outfit. Their staff who arrived on site to conduct the survey were prompt and polite, and all completed with a smile. Excellent report. Arbtech - sorry, well worn cliche - do what it says on the tin. Thank you.”

“My Solicitor is wonderful. I find the paperwork very difficult and hard to send back. I can’t praise Farrah enough. She is helpful, enthusiastic, and very reassuring. I am now sleeping at night.”

“We had Arbtech engaged for a job in St Johns Wood, a larger extension near a mature protected tree. Their reports were very legible and came in on time as agreed, happy to keep reccomending them to our other clients.”

“Excellent service provided. Very quick response to my request with several alternative costings provided depending on speed of survey required. All arrangements expertly handled in line with our requirements. Specialist arrived on time, was thorough, gave a verbal explanation of his findings and came back same day with full written report. Recommended”

“I’ve used this company on 3 x different projects through my planning consultant, Never again as the pricing structure is extortionate the way it’s set up and extremely expensive , Just have a report for nearly a third of what I was quoted here”

“I would just like to say that even the survey was what we wanted. Merry Anderson was very professional and knew the subject of the survey. I thought Merry's manner was a credit to Arbtect Kind Regards Paul Cooper.”

“We have used Arbtech for both Arbs and Eco surveys, which is now needed for planning. Right from the begining, the process has been faultless. The whole work has been under the leadership of Merry Anderson. Merry has kept us informed all the way through. Merry is dedicated to her job (not the norm today)not only on the practical work that had to be done on site, but all the battles with our council and then all the write ups that had to be done,to satisfy the council, such a tedious and time consuming task It has been a pleasure to work with Merry who responds very quickly, and deals with matters immediatly. There has never been a period of waiting around for answers or for getting somerhing done. Usually it is an up hill battle to get any company to do anything quickly these days. Well done in every way to Merry, she is a credit to the company. Also all the other staff of Arbtech that we have encountered have been good. Will recommend Arbtech to anyone who needs surveys of this kind to be done for planning. Well done Merry.”
