“Dear Robert, I will stick with Arbtech having completed 2 projects thus far. Mostly I appreciate the dedicated service and help given by your operatives. The odd report and timing is somewhat lacking however. I accept that my dinosaur approach is now out of date and requires a more bespoke service/ data transfer etc. That might be the main problem , but I am the client for now at least. Regards constructively Ken.”

“Jo McCarthy proved to be a very capable Bat Ecologist. She made sure that I fully understood the various stages of the BERS survey, explaining all aspects in layman's terms so that the implications were clearly identified. I was particularly impressed with her professional approach to a client who was sceptical about the need for a survey when only repairs were required to a slate roof. I have marked down my rating of Arbtech because I feel that the fees charged were overly expensive.”

“Very happy to be working with Matthew Middle at my client's site at land off Silver Birches, Haywards Heath. This is a complex site with hundreds of trees on it! Matthew has diligently surveyed and categorized/graded these to help us make informed decisions for a pre-application enquiry to be made to the local council. Matthew also clarified a number of queries in writing as to his report and it was good to initially speak with him to touch base about the client's project and aspirations. Also enjoying working with Natalie Evans. Still a couple of outstanding items with Andy Clague of The Survey House WRT topographic survey, but hopeful he can assist.
