“One of the easyst surveys I had to organise turned up on time, and left Johnathan get on with it once he's finished, described what would happen next, and we'd get a written report in a few days. Two days later the report was sent. Thank you”

“Very professional service provided by this company, the booking was taken and a date given, the ecologist turned up promptly and I was issued with a report 7 days later a perfect seamless service. I wish I could say the same for my local planning department !!”

“Jo completely understood the importance of getting a survey completed and reported quickly and went out of her way to come on Bank Holiday Monday with the report ready the very next morning. Excellent efficient service on every level from a very knowledgeable and professional ecologist. We cannot recommend her more highly.”

“We cancelled our survey due to Planning issues but were never informed of the cancellation fees at the time of booking or at the time of cancellation and have now been struck with a £350 fee to pay. Ludacris!”

Our version of events is very different to yours as we had no record of any cancellation being made, either in writing or over the phone. As such, we attended the survey as agreed with our consultant. We could have rearranged the survey with no issues if we had received instructions to cancel.

“Dear Robert, I will stick with Arbtech having completed 2 projects thus far. Mostly I appreciate the dedicated service and help given by your operatives. The odd report and timing is somewhat lacking however. I accept that my dinosaur approach is now out of date and requires a more bespoke service/ data transfer etc. That might be the main problem , but I am the client for now at least. Regards constructively Ken.”

“I started working with XAP Credit Solution to repair some of the issues I had on my credit report. I had some stubborn items on my report that I wasn't confident about getting removed. I had another company that I worked with try to remove some of these items with no success. When XAP started their first round of disputes, I saw immediate results with three of those accounts and some inquiries being removed. “Excellent. Arbtech did our PRE and PRA. No problems and when the council requested further information they provided it promptly helping to secure our planning application within a conservation area. The team are friendly and helpful. 5* Highly recommend them.”
