“It is very easy for me to recommend this company. The Ecologist arrived at the appointed time, was very pleasant and answered all my questions. The report arrived a few days later, as the ecologist said and is very detailed. Overall a very professional company that I would definitely use again.”

“I instructed Arbtech to carry out a Bat Emergence and Re-entry Survey. Jo and her team were very professional and took time to explain the process and duration of surveys. The final report was returned promptly and to a high level. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Arbtech and i have no hesitation in recommending their services!”

“Jo McCarthy proved to be a very capable Bat Ecologist. She made sure that I fully understood the various stages of the BERS survey, explaining all aspects in layman's terms so that the implications were clearly identified. I was particularly impressed with her professional approach to a client who was sceptical about the need for a survey when only repairs were required to a slate roof. I have marked down my rating of Arbtech because I feel that the fees charged were overly expensive.”

“I am very happy with the service received. Lovely, Very helpful and knowledgeable team. When the planning department demanded emergence survey even though roost assessment was negative they conducted the survey very quickly and efficiently. Good communication throughout.”

“This company has sufficient professional expertise to do bat surveys but grossly exaggerated the problem and hence the consequential fees for remedying it. Arbtech charged a larger than usual survey fee and £4500 for subsequent surveys. We were able to get adequate surveys done for less than £500. To be avoided”

“Big thank you to Natalie and the team at Arbtech for project managing our Ecology and night bat surveys so quickly, given how busy they are at this time of year. We are looking to renovate our property and the council required surveys to be carrying out to enable us to submit our application- to be honest, we didn’t know where to begin…. The Arbtech team have been really helpful and honest, and we’re really glad that we made the choice to use them.”
