“prompt service but pricey . i will need to wait till i have a decent order over £50 before ordering again to avoid the large delivery charge . i think for the price of the items the margins should allow for for free delivery as standard .”

“Replacement head rests: Great service (next day delivery), product was as expected, clunky website (albeit using an iPhone so the site is clearly not suited for mobile phones / safari) but the price for two replacement head rests was extortionate. Aqua is likely the only U.K. sales agent around and has a monopoly on the brand that I have. The next best option was to have the product delivered from the US but with shipping it would have be a wash in regards to price. The dealer is likely shipping in a large amount of product at once at a far lessor cost but this isn’t passed on to the consumer. Overall, I would recommend them unless you can find what you’re looking for at a cheaper price elsewhere (I guess you never know how bad the service may be though). Also, I bought my hot tub from them 3 years ago and the satellite sales office that I was directed to (apparently closer to me in London) was utter garbage to deal with. The main branch in Chelmsford then took over the sales process, exuded good customer service and sorted out the initial teething problems with the purchase. They were very good.”

Thank you for your honest and constructive review. Yes I agree the pillows are expensive and the price keeps going up! But unfortunately the prices are correct. Don't forget that the US price doesn't include import tax at 6%, VAT at 20% and of course shipping.

“Whilst the delivery of the item I purchased was prompt, I feel that the postage cost of £8 (plus VAT) was excessive for the simple task of placing a small item in a jiffy bag and posting it. As a comparison, I purchased three headrests (at almost half the price of this vendor) from a company in the USA and only paid £18 for international carriage. Unfortunately, the vendor in the USA could not supply the other item.”

“I have ordered 9 button pad but have received 10 button pad :( I have specially looked for 9 button and have ordered here just becase evrythere else was 10 button and cheaper. But finally I have received 10 button :(”

“Can't fault your products or your service but your P & P needs a serious review - £6 for delivering 2 x 3 inch diffusers, these would have quite easily have fitted in a small envelope of jiffy bag but no ridiculous sized box with paper stuffed in it to pad it out - really....................see photo”
