“Needed new pillows for my Maluku hot tub & they were not available on your website. A quick telephone conversation & an email to David Arscott & the pillows I required were dispatched to me the next day. In today’s world where decent customer service doesn’t appear to exist much anymore, it was very refreshing to see that David strongly believes in customer service.
