“I was so chuffed to hear John answer the telephone during the Chinese Virus Lockdown. His guidance and advice on what chemicals I should be using for my Hot Tub were invaluable. I placed the order through the web site, and as John promised, if I ordered before 3pm they would be delivered next day. And they were. No substitutions either. John may not be considered a "Key Worker" in society. But for Hot Tub owners who are bored stiff and want to use their Hot Tub's, he is.”
