“I was so chuffed to hear John answer the telephone during the Chinese Virus Lockdown. His guidance and advice on what chemicals I should be using for my Hot Tub were invaluable. I placed the order through the web site, and as John promised, if I ordered before 3pm they would be delivered next day. And they were. No substitutions either. John may not be considered a "Key Worker" in society. But for Hot Tub owners who are bored stiff and want to use their Hot Tub's, he is.”

Thanks Andrew. Normally that would be fine but due to the virus we are keeping contacts to a bare minimum. Hopefully we can get back to normal very soon!

“Really good service and value. Be good if you could supply just the Aqua Water treatment liquid and chlorine tablets rather than the full kit every time.”
