“Great company to do business with. We had a problem with our original delivery of a hot tub cover but the cover was collected the same day and the replacement arrived the next working day. Very professional service. Thank you.”

“Excellent advice over the phone followed by speedy delivery of my online order of hot tub steps with rails. This despite the pressures on the couriers, especially during the current situation. A small missing item (not essential) delivered early the following morning. I look forward to using my tub with more safety! Highly recommended!”

“The service and support has been excellent. I have been a spa owner for over 12 years and had a couple of different spas and dealt with many different companies. My only wish is that I discovered Aqua Spa Supplies long ago. John has been excellent at giving me advice. Great customer service.”
