“I had a few questions before I placed my order and always managed to telephone and speak with someone helpful straightaway. On the day of delivery, there was a delay due to traffic issues but they kept me informed and the 2 men who delivered were in good humour despite a really long day and made a very difficult job (large heavy item and lots of steps) look relatively easy. They were so polite and helpful. I would definitely use this company again as got an excellent price and excellent customer service which is increasingly hard to find these days.”

“Perfect service from Les start to finish, lovely helpful delivery guy Martin who helped get the items onto the back of barge, not the easiest of places but it was much appreciated and he did it with a smile. “The sign of a brilliant company is not just the customer service for a standard simple order but how a company handles things when there is a problem. We had to contact Appliance Superstore when (totally our own fault) we ordered the wrong appliance. Les went out of his way to help us, he sourced the correct appliance and quickly ordered it for us so we didn't have to spend too long without it. Sometimes people worry that an internet order means you lose some of the customer service, with Appliance Superstore you don't. A great company, thank you!”
