“Prompt and easy delivery”

“Ordering was very easy online and the help given over the telephone was excellent, very courteous. The Tumble dryer arrived the next day exactly when they said it would. Plugged it in and sadly it was faulty. When sending an email to confirm everything was ok, I replied saying no and the company have said they will replace. I await to see what happens, but so far customer service seems exemplary. **Follow Up**.....As promised, Appliance Superstore were true to their word, instead of having to wait a month for the Miele engineer to attend (I rang Miele for help and this was the quickest appointment they had despite the machine being brand new). A call to Appliance Superstore and they replaced it in less than five days, offering to install it for free as a way of apology for the initial faulty machine. Service well above and beyond that of some our best known providers.”

“First class. Brand new Miele dishwasher model, first batch into the country, in my house the next day. I had a voucher code which wasn't obvious how to use on the website but once I made my purchase it was applied quickly. Good communications was able to ask technical questions, built trust.
