“I hesitated to use this company to appeal my ticket however when I called I was spoken to by a very lovely polite and informative lady who was able to reassure me that I was doing the right thing and she was right!......My ticket has been cancelled so thankyou very much I will be recommending you to all my family and friends if they are unfortunate to get a ticket.”
