“We used A Place in the Sun Currency for our house purchase in Spain and had a great experience. Simon, who helped us throughout, was excellent — he provided real peace of mind, helped move money quickly when needed, and clearly explained the bank charges so there were no surprises. “Another perfect transfer. At the end of last year I moved to Spain and purchased a home, one of my biggest worries was the transfer of my funds (Especially in the world of online scams) I thought the safest option was my own bank, unfortunately their rate was a so poor, that's when A place in the sun currency was recommended, from start to finish the team were amazing, they very professional in guiding me every step of the way, the rate compared to my bank saved me thousands. I have just transferred another large amount (Large enough that I couldn't rick any loss or poor rate). A special mention to Matthew B, Thank you, I cant recommend your services enough. “I have been on my ‘Place in the Sun’ journey for coming up to three years now. From holidaying and visiting friends to thinking about buying a holiday home in Spain, and now I am the proud owner of a ‘forever’ home with a visa application ongoing. As you would expect a huge amount of research went into ALL of the decisions that came along the way. I already have a property in Bulgaria and when buying there I saw for real the risks associated with international purchases, as a very good friend found out, losing tens of thousands of pounds in a deal that went sour. The single most important decision I made in this journey was to work with and stick with tried, trusted and tested professionals. As a result I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending ‘A Place in the Sun’ (APITS) Currency for ALL your high value international currency purchases, transactions and transfers. Buying a house can be stressful but when you have attentive, patient and consummate professionals working on behalf of your best interests, those periods of stress cease to exist! I dealt with the same individual throughout the process, Simon Eastman, he answered all of my constant and persistent questions and always responded quickly. It is nerve wracking seeing what could be hundreds of thousands of your hard earned money out of your control, albeit only for a short period of time but I can honestly say that working with APITS Currency has been a ‘trouble’ free pleasure.”
