“I could not recommend Angelic Diamonds enough. Great customer support from each the team when I had know idea at all what diamond to pick for an engagement ring. Clarity, Carat and ring size etc. Their online chat was remarkable, very quick and efficient, the customer service team are excellent. They were very helpful on letting me know every step of the way when the ring would arrive and at what stage it was being processed. The ring came in discreet packaging (massive box) so as not to cause any questions when it arrived through the door. I have to send the ring back for resizing but it is quick and painless and yet again the customer service team have helped me every step of the way. I cannot recommend enough, will be buying our wedding bands for Angelic Diamonds for sure. 10/10”

“Order process was simple, however the order delivery was delayed by a week. These were for my now wife on our wedding day so lucky I ordered them early enough otherwise there would have been issues. But the quality of the earrings is great”

“My experience with Angelic Diamonds has been brilliant. I can’t rate them highly enough. So easy to use their website and then their customer service was excellent. When I received my ring, it didn’t suit my finger as well as I had hoped, so I phoned Angelic Diamonds and talked it through with one of their designers. They came up with a redesign, using the existing diamonds, which they emailed to me. It looked great, so I sent the ring back to them, they made the changes and sent it back to me all at no extra cost and it was then perfect and I absolutely love it. I am so impressed with them and would’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.”

“I was delighted when I discovered Angelic Diamonds for a couple of reasons. Firstly the prices are amazing which enabled me to get the exact specification of ring I wanted for my budget. Secondly the ability to choose the characteristics of the ring in such detail, from the metal to the diamond itself really appealed to me as it meant that my fiancee would be receiving a ring created for her, rather than a mass produced product. I spoke with a member of the team prior to ordering to ask some advice and was delighted with their service. Once I made the order I was kept informed of progress and received the package perfectly on time. I was also given a lovely surprise when I discovered that they had given me a higher specification diamond than I had ordered as they were able to source it for the same price as the specification I'd chosen. The most important thing is that my fiancee absolutely loves the ring. I would recommend Angelic Diamonds to anyone and can't praise them highly enough.”

“When you're making such an important purchase, buying over the internet can be a nerve wracking experience. After doing a lot of research into buying diamonds online and the various pitfalls, I've no reservations in recommending AD. Their range is fantastic, well presented and highly customisable (as good as, if not better than some of the major global online players.) I was looking for a slightly bespoke design for an engagement ring. Everything was faultless from first email, through to showroom visit and final delivery. The team were quick to respond, happy for me to visit and open to questions. The ring arrived quickly and was exactly what I had been hoping for. And 3 weeks after proposing, the future Mrs L can't stop looking at it!”

“I have ordered the radiant-Antonia model 18ct yellow gold body and 18ct white gold head, it’s beautifully magnificent. Proposed to my significant other on her birthday in Austrian alps this week and she adored it.
