“The ring was even better than it looked in the photos and great value, much better than anything you could get for the money on the high street. Very responsive and helpful customer service team, both to get it there on time and answering queries about resizing. One thing to note is that apparently, for security reasons, after resizing they have to send items to the same place they sent the original. This was a bit inconvenient to find out after phoning up to find out where the ring had got to. So bear that in mind if you are sending it off to be resized. The first resize is free though, so can't really complain.”

“I ordered an engagement ring for my girlfriend and I was very pleased with the service that I received. Being completely honest I was a little bit unsure about going through with the purchase due to it being online, just incase there were any issues. However I was kept updated every step of the way with emails keeping me in the loop with the progress of the ring I ordered. Once the ring came it was very well packaged and presented with a touch of class! All in all, I was very satisfied with the service and end product.”

“Making such a personal and high-value purchase over the internet does come with trepidation. However, Angelic Diamonds provided a very interactive and personal service via their website. Product: The range of choice is huge giving you total control to find the ideal ring within your budget. Clear explanations via video delivers understanding with every aspect of a diamond's characteristics helping you make those informed decisions. The end product when received totally matched my expectations from their website. Service: There is always the fallback to speak with an expert. This is provided every step of the way. There was good communication after the diamond ring was purchased. Detailed emails were received detailing what I had purchased and when and how I would receive the ring. Signature and tracking service was standard with the order. Overall: The entire process was handled extremely efficiently. The end result was a diamond ring which exactly met my expectations. We are now due to get married next year! Thank you Angelic Diamonds!”

I would happyily recommend Angelic Diamonds, I consulted the team regarding my order before I placed it and the team were fantastic. I also requested an earlier delivery date which I know was a big ask but the team managed it and also got it delivered to me and extra day early. “My fiance ordered my engagement ring from Angelic Diamonds and it is beautiful. They were so helpful and such great value we decided to order our wedding rings too! I ordered a special made ring, using a picture I had found showing my idea. The ring turned out great and i cant wait to wear it after the wedding next year! My fiance also ordered a ring which was a size too big for him when it came but we were able to exchange via post for a smallest size, no problem. Would throughly recommend!”

I also also found their chat support to be very responsive and helpful. I appreciated the ability to customise the ring to the requirements that I was looking for.
