“Where do I start? From the time I placed the order, changed my mind and cancelled it to place another order for a different ring, they were nothing but excellent. Clear communication. Nothing was too much trouble. They answered all my questions and made sure I was happy at the end of each phone call. The ring arrived a few days earlier than expected so that was a bonus. The packaging was amazing and when I got through it, made sure I had all the expected documents, which I did, even a valuation of the ring for insurance purposes as well. Then I opened the box to find this amazing stunning ring that looked even better in real life. When I proposed and gave it to my now fiancée she fell in love with it instantly and likes it as much as I do. Great value for money as far as I can tell and good quality. Company and product have exceeded my expectations Definitely recommend them to everyone”
