“A wide selection and decent prices but it is very hard to determine what you are getting until it arrives. Size, shape, colour etc”

“The timing of your delivery and packaging is beyond expectations. However, the quality of the rings is not as we expected. We are experiencing colour changes and several scratches from the touch/interaction of any minor object. I am surely not impressed or wowed. Please see attached the status of both rings in less than a month.”

“Service and price was great however I was promised by support that SI1 diamonds would have no visible inclusions to the naked eye. The diamond I received had two very visible inclusions that can be seen clearly, which was a real shame.”

Thank you for you feedback Ashley. You are correct that inclusions should not be visible to the naked eye with a SI1 Clarity Diamond. I have checked the independent grading report for you Diamond and cannot see any obvious inclusions that would be visible but if you want to return the ring we can certainly exchange the Diamond for you.
