“Quick delivery and when I needed to return product there was no quibbling. Sophie Allport Bee duvet cover set in the photos looked like embroidery but in reality was just a print and looked cheap. This is more to do with the designer but worth knowing if anyone ordering as returns postage costs are very expensive”

“Good knowledge of products when being shown stock. Excellent customer interaction. Anderson’s were very understanding about changing the delivery date. It was delivered the next week. They phoned ahead with an expected time of arrival. Product as described. I would shop at Anderson’s again.”

“Excellent service as usual from Richard with regard to the flooring in our new house. His advice on selecting the carpets and hard flooring was invaluable. Nina Thompson provided similar high quality service with the window coverings. We were very pleased with all of the windows except for the lounge window roller blind which had a few flaws. However, she listened to our concerns and persevered to ensure we got a product we were happy with. We greatly appreciate the effort she went to.”
