“Staff in store were helpful. Bought two shelving units, really pleased with the look and quality of them. Was misled about how long units would take to arrive. Was told four weeks, receipt said 4-6 weeks, arrived 8 weeks after ordering. Also, there was terrible communication about getting the units delivered from the store to my house. I had three separate phone calls with different delivery times and was assured that I would be phoned half an hour before they arrived. On the day, they arrived in the morning, not the afternoon as I had been advised, and I did not receive a phone call half an hour before delivery. Very poor.”

“Very knowledgeable staff on the 2 occasions we visited the store recently to purchase 2 mattresses. Both ladies were polite & friendly & encouraged us to try out the different mattress ranges. The only issue is £50 delivery charge - think it is very expensive & will discourage me from coming back to make future purchases. Thankfully both mattresses will come in same delivery. £25 would be a reasonable delivery charge. The staff did explain the delivery charge but I still believe £50 it is too expensive.”

“A visit to Andersons is always enjoyable, whether it's just for a coffee, or to browse the fantastic range of furniture and homewares. Our latest venture was for some drawers for a bedroom, and were very happy with our purchase. Of course, we had a coffee before we left! Our order arrived to us much quicker than expected, and the delivery guys arrived right on time, and had the delivery done in about ten minutes.”

“I went out on a Saturday late morning with my mum had lovely home made soup and as ever good quick service in clean nice cafe. Ended up buying a computer chair but the chair on display was faulty so I purchased one in stock from warehouse but as it was a weekend the warehouse was closed which meant I had return to the store on the Monday (from Aberdeen) to collect otherwise I would have incurred a £50 delivery charge and prob not received it until later that week which was a bit of an inconvenience but wouldn’t stop me returning the lady that served me was very pleasant and helpful”
