“Had a call from one of the advisors seemed very polite put me on hold before starting my quite for no apparent reason. He came back and asked what's the best price I've already had. As I told him his tome changed told me their cover started hight than that and just hung up. So just because he thought I won't be a customer he decided to get rid of me as quick as possible no bye just put phone down”

“so just been on the phone with someone called annmarie she was very rude and abrupt and when she said o you have a motorbike we don't do motorbikes put the phone down on me, customer service has been very poor, and if you don't meet there criteria they just see you as a less than human and hang up. i would highly recommend that you re-train your staff better and look into this as it makes your company look a joke kind regards terry”

Just to confirm we passed you over to our partner company Policylink as we do not cover impounded motorcycle so it is a representative of this company you have spoken to not someone from Alternative Insurance Brokers. I would be grateful if you could acknowledge and remove this please.

“I was sold insurance advised by the rep and I didn’t need it . Trying to get my money back is stressing . It’s a matter of principle rather than procedure. But this company has none. £395 is a hell of a lot of money to me.”

Hi Jason, Having investigated your complaint the sales agent has confirmed on the second call with your partner to check with your insurer whether you are still covered before you paid for the policy. We have also approached the insurer to ask about a refund given that you have not used the cover and they have refused to do so but we did advise at point of sale that this was a non-refundable policy.
