“Matt was excellent in helping me organise my first ski trip. He really understood what I wanted and searched for chalets in resorts that would be suitable for our group due to our massive differences in ability. He also offered great flexibility in what was an awkward group trip to organise with people changing their minds etc.”

“Booked next year's holiday through Matt and his Alpenglow team, from the start it has gone really well. Matt found the ski chalet for the number of people I needed and when I ring or email he gets straight back to me. Overall so far an excellent service. Will definitely book through these again.”

“Very helpful when deciding on a suitable ski resort. Offered plenty of choice when looking for a catered chalet. Alpenglow have one of the best selection of chalets on the Internet and their website is so easy to use. Would and already have recommended!”

“"Very Good" as we got through to Steve who had recently done a season in Ischgl. He had been to the actual chalet we are going to stay in and recommended its location. Also, which apres-ski pubs. Good specific knowledge of the whole resort, which does make a difference when you are going somwhere new. Told us we would not be disappointed! So far so very good! The main web-site is impressive, but not sure about the first search query page!”

“Matt has a lot of knowledge about the various skiing resorts & chalets. He was able to provide us with excellent insight which helped us to decide which chalet would best suit our group of 16. He was quick to respond to any queries & promptly amended flights for us. I would happily use him again for booking future holidays.”

“I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to book their next ski holiday. The person I spoke to was very helpful and polite. Also great knowledge of the area that we went to, which was Serre Chevalier. (Great skiing by the way)”

“I was very impressed with the ease of booking with Alpenglow. Matt recommended a chalet in Morzine which was excellent, he arranged transfers, the chalet hosts organized ski and boots delivered to the chalet and collected ski passes for us. I would definitely use Alpenglow again.”

“As a 1st time booking for a ski holiday I can highly recommend Matt at alpenglow! Matt has been very helpful from giving us info,finding the right accomadation & finding us a ski school that will give us private lessons during a time when our friends young boys are in a ski club! This wasn't an easy task! Thanks matt.”

We all have the ability to trawl endless internet sites ourselves trying to sort through the often misleading information. “It must be serendipity, as I was only thinking of Alpenglow this morning as the pouring rain had me thinking of holidays again. Booking with a new company can sometimes be a little worrying, however Matt was brilliant throughout the whole process - very patient with us, even when some of our questions were idiotic! We had a great holiday and look forward to booking with Alpenglow again.”
