“Chalet Hermann in solden is best chalet I have stayed in, can't wait to go again. Alpenglow's service was excellent throughout, personal friendly and informative at every step. Nothing disapointed at any stage, well done, thank you and best wishes for the the future.”

“I was very impressed with the contact with the company. Matt from Alpenglow was easy to contact on the phone and answered emails quickly. No problems at all. Additionally when we had trouble finding the chalet on the Sunday evening Matt was available to contact and made a lot of effort to help. NB We stayed at Chalet Stardust in Morzine - it was very hard to find as it is actually called Chalet Chez Nous and apparently only branded chalet Stardust for the winter season online.”

“Alpenglow have been extremely helpful and efficient from the very first point of contact . They tirelessly helped us to find our ideal holiday, giving us numerous options and offering endless advice on all aspects from location of chalet to flight options and even equipment hire shops. “From the very first point of contact through the website , the experience provided by the team at Alpenglow was outstanding. “Wow what a team! Gave them a very tough brief first thing on a Monday morning for a short notice extended family holiday. They listened to our requirements and found exactly what we were looking for within an hour (I had been searching for days and was almost resigned to not going on holiday). Very friendly, knowledgeable professional service. Well done will definitely use alpenglow again.”

“Spoke to Steve and briefed him as to our requirements - he came back with a good range of options which were well researched and met our needs. He was helpful in providing supplementary information once we had narrowed our choice and indeed greatly assisted the final selection process. The whole process was pressure free and extremely professional - I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of this company.”

“Steve was excellent - even went to the trouble of phoning me back and suggesting a better Chalet that had just come on their system, excellent communication and reassurance that I had received everything I should have done from the Tour operator. Highly recommend!”

“We have just booked our 2017 ski trip and i must say alpenglow were absolutely fantastic. Matt was really informative and got us a great deal in a great resort. It was very refreshing to feel valued and not just another booking. I would highly recommend matt and his team to anyone looking to book a skiing holiday.”

“I found your staff, in particular Steve, incredibly helpful when we booked our holiday to Ischgl and he was also very helpful to some friends of mine. I also appreciated that you do not charge any credit card fees. Would definitely book another ski holiday via your company”

“I've been booking ski holidays through various means for the last 20 years, I wouldn't go anywhere other than Alpenglow now. Matt's knowledge is second to none; friendly, efficient, flexible and always able to offer inside tips that make the difference when you're in resort. I couldn't recommend Alpenglow highly enough.”

“I spoke with Steve mainly who was incredibly helpful and patient with accommodating an ever changing remit over a period of more than a week. He was prompt, courteous, very friendly and never once demonstrated frustration at what must have been a prolonged and frustrating process for him. He gave sensible and relevant advice to all my queries and was supportive rather than 'pushing' a sale. I cannot fault Alpenglow's approach and am delighted with the holiday we booked.”

“Booking our ski holiday through Alpenglow has been such a great experience - it's felt so easy and effortless as they're brilliantly knowledgeable and helpful on all sort of queries (even down to the best bars in the resorts). They really are trying to help you get the best deal and package possible, which for a big group of us booking was perfect. Definitely would us them again :)”

“After weeks of trawling the internet and still not finding what we want we contacted lovely Matt at Alpenglow. Within approximately 10 minutes he'd found us fantastic 4 options which suited our party perfectly…….so Flaine here we come! Thanks Matt, you were brilliant.”

“My experience with Alpenglow is very good so far. Efficient service with very swift reply. When I asked for the clarification or had some queries, they answered my questions straight away. I actually switched from the big UK skiing company (who never answer my question but instead giving me the informations which were not relevant to me) to rent chalet via Alpenglow.”
