“Very good pre-sales. Personal approach and very prompt handling of the order. Delivery driver was not impressed that he had to help get the piano upstairs even though this was clearly pre agreed and I was helping. A bit more cheery delivery would certainly enhance the experience. No harm done.”

“Ordered the guitar on Tuesday night and received my confirmation email on Wednesday morning. I didn't receive a shipping confirmation but then the guitar was received on the Friday of the same week so very impressed with the quick delivery. Guitar needs a re-string but that's not really an issue as I need to remove the plastic from the pick guard etc, I didn't receive the free tuner or gig bag which was promised on the website and in prior email communication which was mildly inconvenient as it meant taking the guitar home in the box rather than the bag. No real harm done tho and weighed against the quickness of delivery it's a minor thing.”

“Initially I was disappointed as the item I had ordered was not in stock, despite it showing in stock on the website, but the staff were very helpful and friendly and gave me several options including a full refund. I would definitely shop again.”

“Love the keyboard I purchased and the price I paid. There were a few mishaps though. I was told the delivery for my keyboard was going to be Tuesday so I had the day off work, when it came to 4pm and nothing had arrived I checked the courier website only to find out that they had attempted delivery on the Monday so had to fetch it myself. Also the website advertised a free gift for me but nothing came with the keyboard or thereafter. Overall I still love the keyboard which made it worthwhile”

“Great service. Panicked that the ukulele may not turn up in time for Christmas but phoned the store and they reassured and then emailed to confirm all would be well. And it was. Ukulele fantastic both unplugged and plugged in. Great price too.”

“Allegro were one of a few stockists of the instrument I wanted. Ordering was easy and product was well packaged. Despatch was longer than indicated but I was kept informed. Poor performance by the courier, but Allegro offered support. Pleased with product and would happily recommend”

“I enjoyed the range of instruments available and the good prices also. My one critique is that it didn't inform me that delivery cost to Northern Ireland is £7 until after I had purchased my Ukulele and I received an email telling me it wouldn't be dispatched until I had paid the money.”
