the people are ok,but the services what they use for deliveries are very badly and anprofesional.i receive the items from them after a day and half over the day requested,to explain much better,i ordered a few items friday and i receive the items thusday in the afternoon.

I bought an ex-demo Bohemian guitar and hard case from an offer displayed on the Allegro Music website. Next day my order was confirmed and payment taken even though the ex-demo guitar was now sold and the hard case out of stock. After a couple of calls with customer service I swapped for a full price guitar - without the case offer. Customer service was very efficient. The ex-display model is still shown as being available as is the half price hard case offer. I would suggest that the website could and should be updated more frequently to avoid other customers suffering the same disappointment.

Better experience ordering online than visiting the Chelmsford shop and having to leave empty handed, after trying to buy an instrument, only to be totally put off by the total arrogance of a member of staff who thought he knew everything but actually just made himself look stupid and lost the sale. I would recommend shopping online and going nowhere near the shop.

I chose the 9-months 0% finance option. That part went smoothly but I received no confirmation or correspondence from Allegro Music at all, which is a little disconcerting when giving financial details online. A day later I wrote an email to them and only then did I get a response. The amp head did then arrive a day after my email, well packaged and in good order. Thanks to Jess for sorting it out.

Allegro music provided a warm and homely environment for me to properly explore buying an instrument. Because of this it made me feel very happy
