“I like the products they have in-stock however i think there should be more verity of brands such as Gibson. and some of the staff are nice but some times i have not so nice people come and serve me.”

“Pros : Knowledgeable staff ! Good location ! Cons : Stores doesn't try to match online prices, so you don't always get the best deal ! Staff aren't always available to seek the advice of ! Practice space is a little too small !”

“I was asked to do a review of the web site by Annette. I think the HOME screen is very compact and busy, why overlay onto a larger back drop. Use more of the space to prevent user from having to scroll down. Not all your sub screens have a HOME icon, therefore no quick way to get back to HOME screen. This is very prominent when you get to the Training Academy. Also the CUSTOMER REVIEW tab on linear ribbon is faulty, no page available, but you can get to the reviews by using one of the vertical ribbons in later screens. Could give a poor image. Within the Training Academy it asks what centre you want e.g. Chelmsford, when you get there and you select what instrument you want to learn, it asks you at what centre. Maybe its me, but ask what instrument then what centre. Otherwise don't give choice when user goes the 'Centre' page - hope this makes sense. The overall website gives a lot of information and therefore is great, graphics etc. are very good. Liked using it, just sort out the navigations bits (maybe a bit more testing of the links etc) Hope this is helpful,”
