“I have purchased a keyboard for my girlfriend for xmas which was delivered inside of two days! Obviously I havent opened it and the box was ripped when I took delivery so I am hoping nothing is damaged inside. The ordering process was simple and the prices were the same as John Lewis's black friday price but John Lewis were out of stock.”

“The service from Allegro has been superb and the follow up service from Ben and Ollie has been even better. I decided to buy from Allegro based on a conversation I had with Ollie about the advantages of buying from that particular retailer and I waited a few weeks before writing this review. “Wanted a Revelation RSS, and Allegro were good enough to quote me a price including a further discount. In the end I did not purchase the guitar, but that was simply because a sale on ebay of another of my guitars went very wrong-thank you ebay! Hopefully if I get it resolved, I'll be back!”

“An unusual occurance in the UK now..... a RETURN phone call as promised.... This alone is noteworthy!... Then followed by a sensible conversation with a real person all without the need to supply endless personal details of grannies age and my blood group.... just to ask questions!! Goods supplied and arrived all as promised:- appears to be a business with the right attitude towards customers... who.. are ACTUALLY important All the best”
