“Initially v helpful advice re first ukelele from staff at Chelmsford branch, was able to try several models in the shop, eventually went for the Kala KA-TEME, not stocked but on receiving reassurance that would be able bring in to the store ordered from the Allegro website, at a price very competitive with other well-known online marketing organisations. Arrived in good time and good nick. Plays well, very pleased with purchase. Will shortly be in touch with Chelmsford branch again re packaged-in free lesson - and hopefully to help launch a Chelmsford-based Uke group/club group if no such entity exists currently!”

“These guys where great, i thought the website looked a little unprofessional and almost put me off but still used them, my guitar arrived a day earlier than planned and in great condition, they where easy to contact too and very helpfull. was also the best price i could find it. Ill be sticking with these for all my guitar geat in future.”

“Allegro Music has great and one of the best bargains for Yamaha musical products and other brands. I found my products search and purchase via their online/website very easy, straightforward and very informative as well as ETA for product delivery was excellent. However, your web team or customer service has not mention anywhere how I/your customer will get the "free music lessons from your academy" being one of the items purchased as part of the bundle - any thought? On speaking on the phone to a staff member at Allegro I was reassured, and the item arrived, as described, within the specified delivery time.
