“Used these guys twice for banjo purchases. Great to deal with. Always very very price competitive without any arm twisting. Good warehouse stock and swift delivery. Very slick and customer facing. Why go anywhere else. Try these folks first. Second to none.”

“To spend over £4000 on line with no opportunity to view or sample the goods sounds like a huge risk. My experience with Allegro was entirely trouble free, It could not have gone more smoothly. Allegro was completely helpful and informative giving a projected delivery date and keeping in touch. In the end the actual delivery was several weeks prior to their projected date which of course was very pleasing, and then on the actual day giving a pretty accurate delivery time. I am pleased and entirely satisfied.”

“Bought a Yamaha CVP809 on line from Allegro. Chris kept me informed about delivery status throughout, and it was good to meet him in person when he (and Paul) delivered the Piano) last week. Following on from then I had a couple of questions regarding the piano and Ben was happy to advise me on my questions. All in all a good experience with Allegro”

“Bought a Hadley D10 and stool. The instrument was dispatched promptly and received at the door step (first floor flat). The stool was dispatched a few days later but was received fine. No problems with both items so far after about a month.”

“Weird and creepy shop and staff/owners. Visited four times in two years during normal working hours and only ever been allowed in once. Shop seems never to be open except for pre-booked music lessons, so if you are looking for musical inspiration, a spontaneous purchase/gift, or any purchase for that matter, go somewhere else/online. Music shops are already in very short supply, so if you’re not interested in helping and selling to customers, don’t masquerade as a shop and waste people’s’ valuable journey and free time.”

“It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Allegro Music. They were one of the few companies that could satisfy my requirements. What tipped the balance for me was their openness, knowledge, keen pricing and trade-in option. As a package that was hard to beat.
