“Made an appointment to buy my daughter her first guitar, staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They put my daughter at ease and found a suitable guitar within budget and a case.”

“Shop staff were pleasant and knowledgeable, and the in shop demo and 'try out' was fine. Purchase and subsequent delivery, with removal of old piano, easy and as planned. Unfortunately the new(pre used) Clavinova was delivered with a couple of faulty keys (likely caused during transit) . However, the keys were replaced within a few days and the instrument is now ok. First time experience with Allegro, but generally happy with the service and response to repairing the damage,”

“The team at Allegro are great nothing is to much trouble. Purchased a used Tyros 5 it came the next day with stool, stand and all the other parts they said it would, great purchase and the plus factor there is no marks on it even though it's a used one sounds perfect as well. After sales is as good, as I needed some info on some things, which was sorted. Would truly recommend this store to any one for instruments if my purchase is any thing to go by.”

“Having been involved in the music industry for many years I found myself drifting into Digital Presentations. Recently I stumbled across Allegro Music and chatted with Ben regarding the purchase of the Yamaha Genos. I look forward to not only playing it but using it to produce music for future productions but more especially for my Storm Story. We agreed on a deal and a delivery date. Everything arrived on the due date. I returned a few days later to add the dust cover and a couple of books. Ben could not offer a good discount due to mark up but he did make an effort to look after his new customer. Based on my experience with them they are a business who can be trusted. “Allegro agreed to buy a second hand organ from me and they sent a purchase invoice and arranged a date for collection. Then they pulled out of the purchase, claiming they thought it was a different (and much more expensive) model than what they agreed to buy, despite the fact that they had had a photo and full description of the actual organ. Beware if you are trying to sell something to them: they either don't know the product or are dishonest.”

“The keyboard I have just bought even makes toast it’s that good I can see the wife leaving me over it ,My overall experience was ok the muppet delivering it did not bother to contact me first he just showed up and I did not find the sxtrastick flash drive that comes with it but an email to allegro revealed it comes separate well thanks for telling me I wonder how many more emails you will get over that ,if I get a base speaker I will ring them though”

“I saw Andy to purchase my first guitar. Being a complete beginner, he made me feel very relaxed and explained what the different functions did on a variety of guitars. He was warm and friendly and did not try to make me spend money that was not necessary. I am so pleased with my purchase, without breaking the bank.”

“Great service over the phone to make the sale. They did a great deal on a Yamaha digital piano with part-exchange. They couldn't lower the price of the actual piano (because they're an agent of Yamaha) but they gave me a lot for the one I was selling. Communicative after the sale was made to update me on delivery time-frame. Incredible that they also sent two lovely chaps to deliver and install it. Very impressed with Allegro Music. Thank you!”

“Truly excellent company in every respect. I purchased a new digital piano in April and the assistance and advice I received from Allegro was impeccable. I had many questions regarding my potential purchase and all were answered so efficiently. I have been raving about this company to friends and family and if I ever make another music purchase again, I wouldn't look anywhere else. The prices are competitive, they have a great selection of products but it's the customer service that is a cut above other companies. I cannot prase them highly enough for their assistance at every point of the buying and delivery process. They also arranged delivery through a specialist company, who were also excellent. If you're looking for top class customer service, then please go to Allegro Music; you will not be disappointed.”

“finding myself unable to move my psr 9000 keyboard easily because of my age I part exchanged it for a lighter model. I had a phone call from Ben who was extremely helpful and with the help of Chris from deliveries was able to conclude my sale within a couple of days. Being the times we are in at present the service was and has always been when I've used Allegro in the past TOP NOTCH ! Thank you Allegro.”

“I purchased a tyros 5 XL. Due to a mix up at allegro I was delivered a keyboard the condition not being as expected however many thanks to allegro and in particular Ben the problems were rectified and taken care of efficiently and quickly and throughout the service was excellent. Thank you Allegro and a very big thank you to Ben In particular it was appreciated”
