“I purchased a keyboard which arrived by the transport damaged but it only took one phone call for Allegro to arrange everything to picking up the damaged keyboard to sending me a replacement. I don't normally do feed back but the service at Allegro was above and beyond.”

“Precise and speedy delivery after opening the front door I first went straight to the kitchen to make some tea , as soon as the tea was ready to take to your guys I heard the organ playing. Unbelievable. Thanks.”

“i contacted allegro music as i wanted to trade in my yamaha psr-s950 for a tyros 3 with speakers ben came back to me and give me a great deal and i am happy with the service i got and would recommend them”

“I ordered a Yamaha Tyros 3 Online ; I was given a Next Day Delivery which I could Track. The Tyros was delivered On Time and in Excellent Condition. I'm very Happy with Allegro Music and would highly Recommend them.”

“Just bought my first piano from Allegro. I know nothing about pianos so relied solely on advise from staff. Ben was really helpful and informative and showed me the difference between several pianos and answered all my many questions. I asked him to play pieces so I could hear the difference. I am very pleased with my purchase. I highly recommend Allegro Music based on my experience”

“Allegro Music is possibly the most hospitable musical instruments and music service provider in the UK. They sent me a free USB memory stick for my Yamaha PSR SX 700 even though I haven't yet purchased a single item from them. Very polite and caring people to deal with. “customer service is above and beyond, the piano order is in process but I am very pleased with the customer service and a man called Ben who was most helpful. He helped us choose a piano for my 93 year old mother in law who was a pianist for many years. I cant wait to see her face when it is delivered.”
