Had to pay £4 to return a item, when most company’s do free returns won’t buy again unless I get a refund of the £4

Was so looking forward to my new sandals to arrive for my weekend away, paid next day to delivery to guarantee I had them, came, they sent wrong size, will avoid ordering in the future.

Hey Leeanne, We are so sorry for the mix up of your order sometimes human error can happen, we try our hardest to get everything perfect so apologies on this occasion you received the incorrect size. I can see you emailed our customer service regarding this on Wednesday evening at 6.55pm and we replied within half an hour to say we would of course correct the issue or process a full refund if required Thank You x

Not good quality, and they didn’t give me the whole refund for 2 pares of shoes that I order... one of them was demage.

ordered a pair of sandals last week and they came about 2 days ago and when I wore them out they snapped whilst I was out for no longer than 15 minutes so i had to go back home to change my shoes

Ordered my normal size in shoes and they were so small my heels and toes hung over. They looked around 2 sizes smaller! Cost me £8 in delivery and returns for utter disappointment! Order a size up!!

Sandals are awful quality. I expected them to look less plastic for the price I paid. Very disappointed. The buckle is plastic!!

Hi Courtney, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, i have looked into this for you and can see unfortunately there was an unexpected delay with Royal Mail regarding your parcel delivery and can see it has now been successfully delivered to you. I think its unfair to say we have ignored you, i've took a look at our email threads and can see you emailed us on March 11th and we replied the next day. We hope you love your new boots however if you would like to return you can of course do so free of charge Thank You x

Didn’t get my next day delivery refund, delivery was atrocious! I had to go to the post Office Depot to collect my shoes. First time they couldn’t locate my shoes and second time they managed to find it. Didn’t hear much back from supplier either! Not happy! Shoes has painted shiny marks on them, I sent pics to seller but nothing was done neither did I receive a reply!

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I have looked into this for you and can see the delay in your order arriving with us is due to you putting the incorrect door number when you placed your order with us we were given number 236 instead of 263 therefore Royal Mail were unable to deliver as there was no such address. Bought a size 5... they came and they were so tight and crushed my toes (because they were size 4!!!) obvs I didn’t realise so ordered a size 6 (went to send the other pair back) the size 6 came and were huge........ if I was sent the size 5 first I wouldn’t of had to pay next day delivery twice!!! Now I have ordered a another size 5 let’s hope they are right

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I have took a look into this for you and can see your order was placed with us on November 29th and due to us being closed on a weekend it was shipped on December 3rd and tracking information has been sent to the email we were given when your order was placed with us. Your parcel should arrive in the USA within the next few days due to the busy Christmas period which is causing a few slight delays with couriers.
