Didn’t even have my sandals for 2 days they broke underneath after wearing them once and have had no response to my enquiry about a new pair or a refund !

Literally the worst. Unless you have 2 toes missing and your feet are as skinny as twigs, do not buy. They aren’t even the right size in length for the size they’re attempting to be. Even then, they’re cheeky enough to charge £1.99 + 2.95 to print label, to return THEIR item!! Never again. AVOID.

My sandals have completed snapped in half straight across the middle on the right foot, the left foot is also ready for snapping please advise how I get refunded

terrible cheap shoes… they are great for a photo but not for actually walking around in. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DON’T BUY!!

I had ordered a couple of pair of boots and were very very happy with them, fit true to size and look great. Last month I ordered a pair of sandals and was so happy when they arrived. However after only wearing a couple of times the strap completely broke. I was gutted and so disappointed, this happened whilst at work and was quite embarrassing. I contacted customer services who sent me a postage link to return the sandals. I advised I wanted a replacement as they were ordered for my upcoming holiday. CS advised to put a note in with the returned sandals explaining what the issue was and also stating I wanted a replacement pair, I did this and sent the sandals back. I emailed CS with the proof of postage receipt and again asked if a replacement could be sent out asap as I really wanted these to go away with. 3 days later I had an email advising that my refund had been processed. Again I was very disappointed as I had stated numerous times I wanted a replacement! I contacted CS again and advised what had happened, to which they replied asking if I had included a note with the return sandals which I had. After expressing my disappointment and the fact I found CS unsatisfactory as no resolution was offered I was told I needed to re order the sandals as a refund had been given. I asked if there was a discount code I could have as when I initially ordered the sandals there was a 10% off code to which they replied no. So I am expected to reorder sandals and pay more than what I did originally, because they were faulty and CS couldn’t action my request correctly for a replacement pair. Due to the issues and constant poor customer service I will not be ordering again which is a real shame as I have been recommending AJ Voyage to all my friends since having the boots but I will now be telling them of all my problems I had recently. I really feel your CS department needs looking at and perhaps additional training needs to be given when dealing with complaints. One very unhappy customer here.

Was sent a faulty pair of shoes on 1st order. Sent back for replacement. Was then refunded instead of replacement and charged £1.99 for returning. Re ordered same shoes as I wasn’t sent replacement. They arrived with the same fault: in fact they are the same exact shoes I returned! Been sent back to me. Which I’m about to return and no doubt charged £1.99 again for the pleasure. Very bad 1st and second experience

Ordered some sandals and on arrival the size was way too big. Followed the online instructions to return and exchange. Received a refund which I did not request. Sent a message to query why this happened when the smaller size was showing as available. Initial message acknowledged to say it was being looked into with the returns team. No response since. Very disappointing. Also £4.94 short on the refund. Will not order from them again.

Took more than two weeks to get the items versus 2 day delivery and when received it was 2 right footed shoes. Im overly disappointed
