“I recently ordered a mystery box but for some reason the size I ordered was wrong. I contacted customer services straightaway. Although they couldn’t cancel the order the rep was so helpful and went above and beyond to help. She put a pause on my order so that I could then change the size. This was done quickly and efficiently and was very straightforward. Order was then posted following day. Can’t wait to see what I get in my mystery box. Fantastic customer service team, very helpful and efficient. Great company and great shows/boots!!!”
