“Everything went as I was told it would, from initial contact with Charlotte to the Sales Engineer to the installation engineers talking me through every step as they installed the system. I cannot fault the professionalism or the politeness of the team I met. They even left everywhere tidy! The AC system installed is amazing, Great work, would definitely recommend Airway to anyone.”

“The quote for an AC unit to be installed in our bedroom was the cheapest of the three I received. Julian visited and impressed us with his attitude and experience. The work was completed to our satisfaction by Brian within a couple of weeks. All in all a very good experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Airway Group.”

“Airway were the second company we invited to quote for some work, after discussing the installation that had been suggested by a competitor Julian identified a few points that turned the proposition into a much more beneficial option with explanations, as with many projects there were a few challenges that were swiftly and appropriately dealt with. The whole team was very professional and hard-working throughout the works. The only additional service I am interested in now is about a maintenance program. I would definitely recommend airway as a company and as a team”

“Highly recommended! Julian came for a site survey, and professionally recommended the right sizing and provide installation options for consideration. Quotation was issued quickly, promptly addressed any enquiries, and scheduled the installation work as committed. Special thanks go to Steve too, who bring 19 years of experience onsite, and within 4 days he setup 5 indoor units and 1 external unit professionally, and at the same time he was mentoring an apprentice, Wesley, while doing all the heavy lifting. Julian, Steve, Wesley not only care about fulfilling installation requirement, they care about the aesthetics both internally and externally. From enquiry to complete installation, I can only say this is a highly performing team with flawless execution. They completed the installation just before the next heat wave, and we are extremely grateful for that, and glad to be one of their happy customers.”

“Exceptional service ,Polite, Punctual and Professional. From the initial enquiry for Air Conditioning with the recommendations and quote from Charlotte, along with the site survey by Lee, and then the installation by Baranaby, Steve and Paul. This company definitely operates on the 5 P's , (Proper planning prevents poor performance). And to cap it all, the total cost for my Daikin Air Con installation was significantly lower than another company who was offering a budget spec manufacturers unit. Well pleased, Highly recommended.”

“I can thoroughly recommend the Airway group . The entire works from the initial surveying and pricing to installation was faultless . I’ve been guided by there expertise throughout The process. They have been a breath of fresh air with there transparency and honesty and expertise guiding me through the process . Lee the sales manager was brilliant to deal with always available and nothing seemed to trouble for him. And a special mention to the fitters and installation guys . Steve and Connor . What a credit to the company hardworking conscientious and incredibly skilled in there profession. As you can tell I’m very happy with the products and couldn’t endorse the airway group enough . Different class .”

“Right from the start with a meeting with Charlotte things went very well. Lee was a great help with the planning and discussions on designs and makes as well as where the Air Conditioners (in and out) should be situated. Steve also approved the electrics so that also helped. The actual fitting went like a dream (maybe Mark the sparks had other ideas) but everyone was in good humour and the morning just flew by. Both of us were very impressed with the installation and the crew left with everything spick and span. A lovely experience from start to finish and we can't reccomend them enough. Best wishes to all from Mary and Norman”

“I contacted the airway group to ask about a air conditioning split unit with one in the lounge and the other in the bedroom. Charlotte replied with available dates for a quote. Lee and Charlotte arrived exactly on time. A quote was sent which I excepted and the installation was arranged for the following week. The guys arrived on time and were very respectful of my property and completed the work over 2 days. Cleaned up and left everything tidy. I can't recommend this company enough, they were EXCELLENT from start to finish. The invoice only arrived a week later and I didn't even pay any money up front. *****”

“Very professional from start to finish. Already at the quote stage, Airway Group stood out among other companies with their responsiveness and level of detail provided. The installation went smoothly - I was quite particular about the trunking on the house and the team did a great job following my request. Any deviations from the plan were first consulted with me and reasons for them patiently explained. Much recommended.”

“Very happy with the installation work. The team were polite, well-organised and flexible in handling both our complex house layout and working around our tricky family schedule. They were transparent about their work and honest where things didn't quite go perfectly and rectified them soon after. I was also pleased to see how they put everything back as it was after obviously needing to move things around to make space for their work.”

“I don’t normally write reviews but on this occasion I have as all the individuals in this company from initial phone contact, through admin, the sales consultant and all the installers were terrific and impressed us. They were very professional, they knew their products and were respectful of our property completing a complex job on time with a positive mind set as nothing was a problem for them. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new air con system.”

“Great service and smooth installation. Person who came to do the quote was knowledgable and not pushy. Installation was arranged quickly, and all staff were friendly, competent and worked hard. Finished when they said it would be and everything works well. Very happy!”

“Customer Service from Airway Group is first class. I received a timely reminder that the annual service for my two a/c units was due and I made an appointment that best suited me. Four days prior to the scheduled date I had a phone call to say that they had a last minute cancellation and could undertake my service three days ahead of schedule, if convenient. It was and at the agreed time their engineer, Matthew, visited Very polite, considerate and professional would be my way of describing Matthew. He not only told me what he was going to do, but also the benefits to me for having it done. One of the units was above our bed and he even showed me the covering he was going to place on the bad to protect from any dirt and/or dust. Very considerate, pleasing my wife no end and if she’s happy, then so am I! A week after the service, I received a schedule of the work done together with the technical details of my a/c units. Communication throughout was great and I would have no hesitation in recommending Airway Group.”

“Airconditioning in the bedroom- survey and quotations were done promptly and took account of our questions and concerns. There was no salesman pressure, just expert advice on what we wanted. Installation was excellent. Very friendly and expert team who were very tidy, quick and competent. We are very pleased with the result.”
