“Airconditioning in the bedroom- survey and quotations were done promptly and took account of our questions and concerns. There was no salesman pressure, just expert advice on what we wanted. Installation was excellent. Very friendly and expert team who were very tidy, quick and competent. We are very pleased with the result.”

“Excellent products, efficient service. The engineers are always polite and courteous, shout out to Matthew who conducted our last service and was excellent. Amy in maintenance admin goes out of her way to help. I thoroughly recommend Airway Group.”

“I have used Airway in my previous home and now in my new home. They are efficient, reliable and honest. They deliver a great service with top products. All staff I have ever dealt with in person or on the phone have been fantastic. The recent site visit as part of the maintenance package I have bought was again a great experience with the engineer being professional, knowledgable and friendly. They do what they say they will do!”

“It has been a pleasure working with the Airway Group. From the time that I first contacted this company until the completion of the job, I have had the feeling that they were very anxious to understand and to meet my needs. The installation team worked hard for three days in uncomfortable conditions in my loft space. It was an extremely hot week, They kept me up to date with the progress of the work and answered my queries on the way the system worked and the function of the many parts of the set-up. It was clearly obvious that they worked together as a team. I would have no hesitation in advising a potential customer seeking an air conditioning system to go to the Airway Group.”

“We had our first yearly maintenance check yesterday. The engineer, Matthew, showed us how to clean the filters (which we'd not done) and gave us useful tips for using the remote. He was very friendly and helpful, and particularly patient in answering our list of questions, which we'd been saving up for the past year! Thank you, Matthew.”

“From Luke's site assessment, suggestion and estimate, Charlottes timely communication to Kester's 'heroic' solo installation in torrential rain, our AC installation took just over 2 weeks from enquiry to commissioned status costing £1600. Thats with staff falling ill at the busiest (hottest) time of year. Having put up with 30+deg C room temps with a mobile AC only able to cool a small room, we (inc dog) can now retreat to comfort in our 6x5M living room. So in summary, the sort of professional service you hope for.”

“From the very start to the finish (sorry awful at remembering names) absolutely delighted with the seamless service received. I’m a bit of a cleanliness freak but I think they left the place even cleaner than they found it! This is my third air con unit with Airways. They are a fabulous company and I have no trouble in recommending them to friends, which I do frequently. Would also like to comment on the dynamic between the highly qualified engineer and his apprentice: it was teaching at its very best with an obviously keen and able pupil. A real pleasure to witness. Always delighted to see Julian who is so kind and professional.”

“As usual great service. Arrived punctually, carried out service of 3 units. Clean, tidy and efficient. We have been using Airway for 10 years and have never had a problem. In fact had a new unit installed in October last year and instead of getting a local company we used Airway as we have always been more than happy with their attention to detail.”

“Brian, with his apprentice Wes have been simply excellent. Punctual, pleasant, hard working, thorough communication and efficient. The work so far has been clean and neat. The supervision and guidance to Wes by Brian seems v v supportive. Brian has a thorough excellent dynamic understanding of the job and is clearly a gifted multitasker !!! Wes is always very good natured & I am sure he has a future as an excellent engineer. The manager of the project, Ricky, is very amiable, easy to work with and very helpful. Luke, the overall Manager was very professional and promptly resolved a minor hiccough. So far - customer service - excellent ! (The system will not allow me to upload photos).”
