“I ordered transfer in Paris. It was confirmed. We were waiting for it and did not arrive. They did not inform us. We almost missed the plane. I had to catch a taxi with big Fortune...I asked them five Times what happened but no answer...”

“DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Besides the fact that our flight AA66 arrived on 4/1/2024 from JFK to Barcelona airport 30 min earlier (thus, giving us extra time to deal with the customs and the luggage), we were among the very first people to leave the airport thanks to our business class priority status. We constantly updated our driver Jose Antonio about passing the Customs, getting the luggage and so on. However, he simply left when we were heading towards the exit: “I have to terminate the service, since the waiting protocol time has passed.” When we expressed our frustration to the Airport Taxi Transfers, they replied that the driver “waited even 10 minutes more” and “… I do not understand your attitude of not wanting to understand the situation.” No refund was offered or even considered. We are frequent travelers but have never experienced such dreadful services from any of taxi companies in the world.”

“One star is to many! We booked this company for a return trip from Airport to hotel. They picked us up no problem and got us to the hotel. As in invoice we paid the full amount for return trip. We got a message night before to say they would be at our hotel at the time agreed. I called as on the account it still showed that we have paid nothing! After speaking to the guy and ask to check that we had paid and no mors money was needed. He said we have no record of you paying but he would check with driver. We then got told we had only paid for the journey to hotel and not the pick up. After a few phone calls got no where. We spoke to our hotel who where great and called the company to speak to them.after about a 10 min call we where told that we had not paid and were called liar's. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they will fleece you Our hotel have said that if you need a taxi contact your hotel by phone or email and get them to arrange as they all use their own company and the taxi firm will not want to lose the business. There is a lot of problems with taxis here in Rome. Advice STAY WELL CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY WHO WILL CON YOU. A photo of the driver below. A con artist.”

“Very poor service. No answer from the Emergency no you call on arrival just a message they were closed. No car to pick me up. Have to pre pay so the took the money and did nothing. Was left high and dry atvtge airport late at night.”

“We booked this service stupidly believing the review. Our driver was called Tonino he picked us up from the airport and at the end of our journey asked us for 160 euros which would include the return trip, we were quoted 129.50 euros, we didn't argue but asked for a receipt which was refused. We were then told by the company on the day of return we had to pay again for the return journey as were were liars and had not paid a penny. This company and its drivers give Rome a bad name STAY AWAY.”

“Ich habe für einen Transfer vom Flughafen in die Stadt ein Bus für 14 Personen gebucht. Bei Ankunft keiner vor ORt. Nach langen Telefonaten mussten wir dann in ein Parkhaus wo statt des bestellten Busses, zwei Transporter warteten.Es war mein 50ster Geburtstag und wir sind um 23 Uhr gelandet, damit wir alle um 0 Uhr anstoßen können hatte ich extra einen Bus für alle bestellt. Es kamen zwei Autos mit jeweils 7 Plätzen. Damit waren wir um Mitternacht nicht zusammen. Es gab vor Abfahrt diverse Telefonate und es war nicht mehr änderbar. Es wurde mir eine Kompensation zugesagt. Von der wollte man dann am Ende nichts wissen und wurde abgelehnt. Viel Geld bezahlt und als Kunde schäbig behandelt worden. Die machen was sie wollen trotz vorheriger anderer Absprachen. Finger Weg!!”

“Booked a pickup at Peblo Bonito Sunset Beach (Cabo) to take us to the Airport. Received a confirmation email stating they would pick us up at the Sunset Beach hotel. Car never showed up, called to see what happened and was told the car was waiting at a residence. Huh? Turns out they DO NOT have a permit to get on the hotel property. Would have been nice to know that when I booked the reservation and now missed my flight. I'll never use them again. Terrible!!!!”

“I ordered my airport transfer on 24/04/2024 , to the following morning (25/04/2024) at 4am. The morning of 25/04/2024 between the hours of 3:50-4:15 am I was waiting outside my hotel for my car to arrive and to take me to the airport. When I saw that it was past 04:15 I called the number which is provided on the confirmation. I spoke to a gentlemen which did not speak good english, I gave him my Reservation Reference but said he could not find anything in the system, I gave him my full name and he also said that nothing is showing in the system. He told me to send this complaint as he was unable to help me over the phone. It was already getting really late, and there was no taxi. We found a different taxi and went to the airport. I booked this service for my own peace of mind to make sure that I have a taxi waiting for me. I kindly request a refund, I waited a long time for the taxi, I paid in advance to make sure I have a ride in the morning. I was highly dissatisfied with this service.”

“Contacted the emergency service via WhatsApp, and didn't receive a message for over 6 hours. When they finally got back to me I, Requested to cancel the booking and they cancelled and wouldn't offer a refund, when I attempted to cancel I was in the 24 hour window, they purposely waited until I was across the window before cancelling.”

“Pick up arranged for 10 30am at hotel. Tracker was showing car going further away every time I checked At 10 55am had to get a taxi to make sure we got our flight. Got a message from driver at 11 06 to say they were at hotel not much good to us for a 10 30 collection and trip was prepaid.”

“Like previous review, the taxi did not show up at the Airport. Emergency number was an answer machine, which I rang 12 times. No one came back to me. I have already paid 73 euro, which, no doubt, I will have to battle to get refunded! DO NOT USE.”

“Would not even give them one star. Did not show up. Did not answer emergency number and when they did answer were so unbelievably rude. I am currently in a taxi on the way to the airport as they did not arrive and we paid in advance. Terrible service! Do not use!”

“Really disappointed with the service asked for a taxi to pick up at 10pm from the airport allowing us plenty of time to get checked in at the hotel by 11pm where they were holding dinner for us. 10.40 pm and still no taxi arrived. Over 40 minutes late to pick us up not very reliable at all.”

“DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT USE. We tried to amend a booking after our flight was delayed. The third party they used - EZ Travels - couldn’t find a driver and said they couldn’t refund us. We contacted Airport Taxi Transfer who were rude and refused to refund us as well. These guys clearly only have a couple of drivers operating which is why they don’t have any flexibility. Not worth the risk.”

“First of all, when I book for a specific time I expect the car to be there and its not up to you to decide when the driver should reach subject to my flight time! Secondly, when I pay for an MPV, I expect an MPV and again its not up to you to determine the size of my luggage and thus send a car. We had to struggle to get the luggage in the car and we are sitting tighly in the vehicle which is very uncomfortable!!!! Very very poor quality and highly unprofessional. However the driver is kind.”
