“Car was ordinary taxi. Driver was good but 15 mins late. I think the problem was from local management”

“Driver arrived 10 minutes early on both journeys and was polite and professional as well as being a very safe driver. The car was clean inside and out and was very comfortable. A great service I would recommend to anyone.”

“The service was excellent the drivers communicate before collection. On the return trip the driver contacted us early to let us know traffic was bad and he would pick us up 30 minutes earlier than planned.”

“Having been a bit nervous booking a taxi from out of our area, I was really pleased with the whole service. The vehicle was spotless. Our driver, Iqbal, was kind & thoughtful with all of us but particularly my 97 year old father. On top of that he was a really great driver and we arrived in plenty of time. I'd have no problem in recommending them.”

“On arrival received a message to see if we had landed , contacted driver and was directed where to go and wait for driver arrived minutes later nice car and clear communications from driver , asked during trip if we was comfortable enough and wanted anything adjusting - seats ,air con or radio very good service Return to airport - unfortunately are return vist was nowhere near the standard of are arrival , tried to call driver to see where he was as had no contact from driver with information given , struggled communicating person on phone couldn’t speak English was told originally I had no booking by the driver then after several minutes later found my booking and told me driver would be with me in a couple of minutes but could hardly hear the person on the phone as there was kids music playing on a tv in background, then received a text from driver saying he was half an hour late driver called around 45 minutes later and couldn’t speak English and he couldn’t find the hotel which was confusing considering we was staying at the marina resort hotel around after struggling with communication the driver finally arrived at the hotel , car was all damaged like it had been in an accident and driver barely said 5 words to us ……. The overall booking was easy and fair price arrival was amazing , unfortunately can’t say the same for return trip ,”

“The transfer exceeded my my expectations. Perfect in every aspect. One note though - the wating driver held my name written on a phone display, which I missed no matter how carefully I was searching. A bigger mor visible notice is certainly easier to find. In any case it did not disturb my 5* evaluation. Big thanks”

“Andoni, our driver was friendly, courteous and punctual. He gave us tip and suggestions about San Sebastián. We found the fee to be very reasonable and can’t fault the service. Highly recommended.”

“The airport transfer service driver was courteous, professional and very helpful. We had a long ride to Swansea but the car was comfortable and large enough to take our luggage. We also arrived on time. I highly recommend them.”
