“Taxi arrived but there were issues with communication which should be worked on. Eg - with my airport to hotel transfer the driver provided directions on where to wait - for the wrong terminal. And for the hotel to airport taxi service the text co formation was sent to the wrong person (my brother - who was on a totally different booking reference for a different day…)”

“1.The driver and car from airport to hotel is good 2. The driver from hotel to airport always check on the phone massage while driving.”

“Overall the service was very good. I paid for meet and greet, but we did not have it. Our driver was waiting outside and it took us sometime to locate him.”

“It was a bit difficult to find the driver. He was not waiting with a name-plate at the arrival area. We had to go quite far to at meeting zone and waited there 10 minutes for the driver. Not ideal.”

“Used a few times in different destinations always on time easy to book nice polite drivers only thing I would say is drivers should have sat nav I had to use my own Google maps for the driver No problem for me but may cost people if they don’t have eu roming available”

“Easy to book, cheerful drivers, fast transfer to the hotel and back to the airport. On arrival the card with my name wasn’t being held up by a driver like lots of others, rather pinned to the front of a hard to see narrow booking desk. So look for that stand if you can’t find your name!”

“Booking took awhile asi had to wait for confirmation of my booking,other than that a good around service. Both drivers were very helpful and polite and drove safely. My only complaint is that having made the booking well in advance,for the return journey back to Faro airport I had booked the collection time of 12.00 from my apartment. On the day before the collection was due to take place I received a text from OI tours asking if the taxi could come at 12.30 , I replied this was not possible due to the timing of my flight ,the reply was OK . ON the day I received another text say the taxi would not been collecting me until 12.20 due to late running ,which makes me wonder about the text saying the text asking if they could arrive at 12.30 . In fairness the car did arrive at 12.20 the driver drove well and got us to the airport I good time”

“A tale of two halves. First Driver amazing , nice car and very poite . Return Driver , Rude , Drove at speed of 100 mph and played Rap music with graphic swearing . He was rude when picking us up .”
