“I booked this transfer through a recommendation from a friend. I was quoted €135 which was a great price. As soon as I booked I received communication from the company & this continued all the way though. The drivers were professional & prompt & the cars were large & clean. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing transfers”

“Transfer assistant text us and gave us specific instructions on where to meet. He then took us to our driver. On time, easy and good price. Definitely would recommend this service for EU transfers. We will use again.”

“Booked a premium service to transport my young family & myself from Heathrow to Gatwick. Booking said driver would meet at arrivals hall. No sign of driver, nobody answering the multiple phone numbers on the booking. Eventually got someone on WhatsApp 45mins later who then sent a different number for driver who asked us to leave the arrivals hall to meet them as they were still 10mins away (this is over an hour since we landed) Then got a call from driver to say “the company” told him to cancel the pick up as he was over 1hr late. So my young family were standing out in the cold with no service (that was booked and prepaid) Ended up having to book an Uber which arrived within 7mins of booking. Awful service - do not waste your time or money.”

“Changed taxi for the return from 1530 to 1500 at a charge of €2.50 approx, had to call to find out where the taxi was, turned up at 1514, no sorry. Traffic was bad, nearly crushed twice and no air conditioning. Awful drive back to airport”

“Our driver was waiting for us on our arrival at Riga Airport, holding a sign with our name on clearly visible which was great. He was friendly & helpful, excellent service thank you! The car was very clean & well looked after. The driver for our return flight back to the Uk was 10 mins early which was great, pleasant & helpful thank you. The car was also very clean & well looked after. Excellent service for both journeys by Airports Taxi Transfers, highly recommend them for a smooth trouble free journey, thank you so much!”

“Matteo communicated well with me before arrival. His vehicle was comfortable and immaculately clean. Return pick up was prompt and seamless. Would use again without hesitation. Although our flight landed on time, passport control in Venice Marco Polo passport control took a very long time. Perhaps more time needs to be considered for this process, for travellers arriving from the UK.”

“I have used them for years for business and family trips and with one exception they have been very professional and well priced. However for our recent hotel to airport booking in Ho Chi Minh City the driver failed to appear despite being confirmed the previous day and we had to order a Grab. A little bit stressful for a short time and hope we get a refund!”
