“Very nice drivers, they arrived on time and drove us safely to our destination. The vehicle was ok, but safety belts didn't include shoulder straps and some of our luggage was inside the passenger compartment instead of luggage compartment, and the luggage compartment wasn´t closed off from the passenger compartment. The seatpitch was good in one bus, but not as good in the other bus.”

“The arrival service was good and the lady who took us to the car was very good and helpful. For our return journey I tried to amend the pickup time from 12.30pm to 11am. To do this I w as told the fare would be doubled! so rang the helpline, a London number, and the man was very helpful and cancelled the 100% increase and ameneded the pickup time.”
