“Our driver was waiting for us with a clear sign as we passed through arrivals. We were lucky to have the same driver for both our transfers. He was knowledgeable, kind, polite and helpful. We could not have had a more positive start to our stay in Thesaloniki.”

“Poor communication, multiple reassignment and expedition of return journey required! The drivers were not at fault and were helpful and polite, but I won't use this particular service again.”

“The driver was monitoring me (since the plane landed) communicating with me by WhatsApp. He was waiting (almost an hour) as the suitcase took a long time (once the plane landed to be on the belt-luggage.”

“Straightforward booking process, albeit it took a while to secure the drivers and had to pay more money once secured due to busy holiday period. Good comms with both drivers and was able to amend collection time with relevant ease. The first driver was very nice had Bluetooth devices and translation software which was a nice touch as he spoke very little English. His driving style was quite scary, driving way too fast and erratic, despite this, the transfer time was longer than expected. The second drivers car was in quite poor condition and not really worthy of the money paid, he was a good driver though and transfer time was aligned to expectations. Would I use Airports taxi transfers again? Probably but would maybe consider alternate companies with newer cars and safer drivers”
